On Sunday 13th October 2024, I will be participating in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2024, in memory of my Aunt Cheryl and Grandmother Sheila .I am reaching out to you for your support. I have chosen to fundraise for the incredible cause of ellenor, an organization that provides vital care and support to patients and their families facing life-limiting illnesses.

I know Ellenor has supported many local families, including my own. My Aunt Cheryl was full of life and all about helping others, she qualified as a nurse and was working helping others when in 2016 she was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 35. She fought such a brave battle but the cancer returned and my families world changed forever when she passed at age 37 in Nov 2018. Ellenor provided care to Cheryl and gave our family a chance to have those last few weeks all together while she was kept comfortable . They then provided support to us all, particularly my Grandmother Sheila. My grandmother passed in 2022 with cancer and Ellenor again provided support to the family .
