Story
I'm running the London Marathon 2026 to help MIND continue the incredible work they do to support those experiencing mental health problems. It's such a privilege to be able to support the incredible charity that helped (and continue to help) me so much.
For the last few years each March I've taken on a challenge to run kilometres for MIND and in 2026 I'm going to run 26.2 miles through the iconic streets of London - the city where I fell in love with running.
Running has improved my mental health so much, not just through helping my clear my head after a stressful day but also in helping me to believe in myself and in all the lovely friends I’m made through my running journey (a big shout out to Runners and Stunners!).
I hope that by the time I cross that start line in April 2026, we have been able to improve mental health support for everyone.
Thank you so much for your support.
