London to Brighton Challenge 2024 · 25 May 2024 ·

We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

In May of this year, my best friend Hannah and I are embarking on an extraordinary challenge: walking 100 kilometres from London to Brighton. This incredible feat is in honour of our dear friend JP, who left this world far too soon. JP was not only my friend but Hannah’s beloved husband.

Our Mission:

Walk the Distance: We’ll cover the equivalent of just under two and a half marathons (62 miles), our personal aim is to complete this within 24 hours.

Raise Funds: Our goal is to raise money for the remarkable charity Mind, which provides crucial support to individuals struggling with mental health issues.

Spread Awareness: Mental health matters, no one should ever feel alone. By participating in this ultra challenge, we aim to shine a spotlight on this critical issue.

How You Can Help: If you’d like to support us on our journey and contribute to Mind’s vital work, please consider making a donation. Every little bit counts! 😊

Thank you for your support and a huge thank you to everyone who has donated either through mine or Hannahs page and to all those who have helped us with our training so far 🙏 We can make a difference! 🌟🚶‍♀️❤️
