A few nights ago as I went to bed in my warm comfy bed. I thought about the endless rain we have had this year and the lack of summer sunshine! listened to the rain hitting the window yet again and I wondered where people in Rugby and beyond, who had no comfy bed and roof over their heads, would be sleeping tonight. It set me thinking and I remembered hearing about the Hope Centre and the work they do with homeless people in Rugby. The next day, and after watching Sophie's story, I decided I had to do something to help this amazing charity. So I'm going to get fit and run a half marathon - lol - I know I am no athlete but I am determined to do this and raise funds for my local homeless charity. I may never need their help and nor may you but last year nearly 200 people did! Please support me, run with me, cheer me on, buy me an energy drink or just sponsor me - all is so very appreciated.
