In 2016 Oscar was diagnosed with benign external hydrocephalus, making our worlds come to a holt for the 2nd time since he had been born. Just a few month earlier Oscar was battling bacterial meningitis and like any parents in our situation we seemed to face a long road of uncertainty with it looking as though nobody could provide the guidance and support we required.

With a lot of research and fighting we found the most AMAZING neurosurgeon, Dr Conor Mallucci. In a time where we couldn't look forward to the future and were constantly wishing time away, he gave us hope. This incredible man helped us to enjoy Oscar's childhood again which at one point we didn't think would be possible. Since then Alder Hey has been our go to charity.

So on Sunday 11th May 2025 Oscar, Ben and myself will be taking part in Oli's safari walk with all donations going to Alder Hey Childrens Charity. Please share with your friends and family! Any donation is greatly appreciated!
