Bethany's Year 8 & 9 Charity Walk · 13 September 2024

We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

We are pleased to inform you that our annual Charity Walk Day will be held on Friday 13th September. The walk is dedicated to raising money for Cancer Research, as nominated by the year groups, and your child has the opportunity to contact friends and relatives for sponsorship ahead of the walk itself.

Pupils in Year 8 will walk around Bewl Reservoir. This is a challenging walk of approximately 10 miles.

Pupils in Year 9 will walk around the beautiful countryside near Rye. This walk is approximately 10 miles.
