Paras10 · 27 September 2025

We exist solely to support The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces, looking after veterans, serving soldiers and families within our Airborne community. We're there for our nation’s paratroopers through the good and the bad, from the moment they join our family to the sounding of the last post.

Story

A Heartfelt Plea – Paras10 Fundraiser

This year I have been given the immense honour of opening and closing the Paras10 in Catterick – an event that embodies grit, determination, and the spirit of the Parachute Regiment.

Like many veterans injured in service, my journey after leaving the Army has not been easy. But in the moments where systems and structures have failed, Support Our Paras have been there – lifting me up, guiding me through recovery, and continuing to stand by me even now, nearly nine years later. They are more than a charity; they are a lifeline.

That’s why this fundraiser matters. Every donation goes directly to supporting men and women who have given their all, and who now need a helping hand on their road back to strength and purpose.

I am deeply moved that local boxing coach and good friend, Mickey Nolan, is running the Paras10 on my behalf. Mickey is the embodiment of his own message – Be The Example. Through his work, he helps people like me push through the dark times that come with rehabilitation and recovery. His decision to take this on for me is not just humbling, it’s proof of what selflessness and solidarity really look like.

Together – with Mickey’s example, with your support, and with the tireless work of Support Our Paras – we can continue changing lives.

Please, if you can, donate to this cause. Your generosity will help ensure that no paratrooper is left to walk their recovery alone.

Thank you,

Dale Fenton
