At the end of Cystic Fibrosis Week it only seemed right this year that we raised money for the CF Trust! Paul will be running the full marathon and Pam and I will be doing the half this weekend though the "lovely" hills of Pembrokeshire! As many of you know Pam reached a pretty big milestone this year so for us to go for the half again is quite huge - I am sure we will have a great go at it!

I could share lots of photos of Sophie unwell over the years but she would never forgive me - but most have you have seen them. Help us to raise money for the trust to keep the fight going for more break throughs and ultimately for a life unlimited by this condition.
