Bev, Steve and Chris are going to walk 70 miles from Letcombe Regis, Oxfordshire to Bristol in just 3 days! Yes it would be so much quicker to drive down the M4 but what's the challenge in that and who would sponsor us for sitting in a car?
The route will follow the Ridgeway as far as Avebury and then join the Kennet / Avon Valley at Devizes, all the way to Bristol.
Our family has benefitted from the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centres at Didcot and Bristol. All three of us either are, or have been, volunteers at the Oxfordshire Centre helping to operate the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
