I’m walking the Thames Bridges 10k Trek on Saturday 12 September in memory of my wonderful friend Mhairi who sadly lost her battle with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a rapidly progressive, fatal neurodegenerative disease that has claimed the lives of many. The disease affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord, causing muscles to waste away and affecting a person's ability to walk, talk, eat, and breathe.
