I’ve signed up to do the Tenby 10K for Paul Sartori Hospice at Home and I’d love your support.

I’ve never been a natural runner – but I’ve always loved a challenge. Recently, I was diagnosed with spinal osteoporosis, a result of long-term treatment for Addison’s Disease. It’s been a wake-up call and one that’s pushed me to take control of my health. Running has now become more than just a challenge – it’s a vital step towards strengthening my bones and looking after my future and ensuring I’m as fit as possible for my Grandchildren.

I wanted to use this journey for something bigger than myself.

That’s why I’m running for Paul Sartori Hospice at Home – a local charity providing vital end-of-life care and support to people across our community. Their work allows people to remain at home, surrounded by family and dignity, during the most difficult time of their lives.

Every step I take is not only for my own health but to support the people and families Paul Sartori helps every day.
