Jump for Hope 2025

Jump for Hope 2025 · 31 May 2025 ·
We are fast approaching a year since Allan passed away from a Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM).
Allan lived his life to the full, remained positive and continued to make plans for our future.
Brain Tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002.
JUMP FOR HOPE is an annual skydiving event held in May by Brain Tumour Research, jumping 10,000ft to help find a cure for all types of Brain Tumours.
I have decided to take part in this event due to it coinciding with when Allan passed away. But mainly due to how Allan LIVED with knowing he had a terminal diagnosis....currently the prognosis is 12 -15 months!
So, with a hate of heights I can jump out of a plane.
Any donation will be appreciated
