Our much-loved family member, Adam, has been diagnosed with this devastating, rapidly progressing disease. He, and all the family, have been thrown into an unwanted, confusing and heartbreaking whirlwind of research and education into this dreadful disease, for which there is currently no cure. The care and support received from the Suffolk Group of the MND Association during this truly impossible time has been crucial and we will be forever grateful.

We are lucky enough to be collaborating with the amazing Be Well Barn, a truly unique wellness centre located in the tranquil Suffolk countryside, to organise "Be Well Fest 2025", a local community based music and wellness festival showcasing local musicians, on Saturday 28th June.
