💕A year of 40s for Carina 💕

2026 marks what would have been Carina’s 40th birthday. We miss her so incredibly much, but the strength and passion she showed for life is an inspiration to us all.

So with that in mind, I’ve decided to set myself a series of challenges throughout the year involving the number 40. The biggest of which will take place on her birthday month of July and will be a 40m or 132 feet bungee swing up at Highland Fling near Pitlochry.

The rest of the challenges that I have set out can be done from home, in the hope that many of you, including kids, will get involved.

Let’s go out there, get moving and celebrate our Carina, whilst also raising as much awareness as possible for Beyond Limits.
