The Highland Cross is a 50 mile duathlon; 20 mile hike or run through the mountains and 30 mile cycle, from Kintail on the West coast to Beauly on the East. Traversing Glen Affric, it is a stunning but tough route which will take around 7-8 hours to complete. The monies raised by the Highland Cross go to highland charities for disabled people, usually in the form of specially adapted minibuses to allow people to lead fulfilling lives outside of their homes. We have 6 intrepid explorers from BG and Dell taking part - Richard McGrail, Gareth Owen, Kenny Hamilton, Tom Stockwell and Stuart Dunbar, plus our friend and colleague at Dell, Stephen Bosarge.
