JSK - I'll be raising money for MSF again this year. I'm about to cycle nearly 250km across Slovenia over three days starting May 23 — right after running a half marathon the weekend before in London.

We all know that the world is full of some dark times at the moment in 2025, across some of the most poorest countries such as Sudan, Congo and many other war impacted countries. Quite sad as we live in 1st world countries where we have access to basic necessities such as healthcare, food, and no disasters, no wars etc. and we are worry about which holiday to book next or what restaurant we go to on the weekend etc.

Please contribute whatever your heart feels and no pressure. This isn't for me...it's for them :). Thanks to King for giving me the opportunity.
