Im back for Club Peloton's 20th anniversary Cycle to MIPIM 2026!

Every year, riders from across the property industry complete the 1,445km relay challenge from London to Cannes, arriving in time for MIPIM, the leading international real estate fair.

Collectively we are aiming to raise £200,000 for three of Club Peloton's supported projects, transforming the lives of young people by helping them find their forever home (Coram Adoption), by getting them pedalling on their road to recovery (Cyclists Fighting Cancer), or by helping disadvantaged young people in Central London realise the potential of their own lives (Tom ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust).

Thurs 5th - London to Portsmouth - 136km, 1268m

Fri 6th - Ouistreham to Blois - 287km, 2714m

Sat 7th - Blois to Moulins - 242km, 2181m

Sun 8th - Moulins to Grenoble - 295km, 2897m

Mon 9th - Grenoble to Greoux-les-Bains - 247km, 3393m

Tues 10th - Greoux-les-Bains to Cannes - 160km, 3098m
