On Wednesday 17 September 2025, our colleagues from Bidwells’ Rural Department will lace up their trainers for an extraordinary challenge: a 144km Mega-Relay from our Oxford Office to Bidwell House, Cambridge spanning the length of the iconic Golden Triangle.

Each runner will take their turn carrying the baton, bringing us one step closer to our shared finish line where we’ll be cheered home by colleagues, clients, friends, and family.

But this is about much more than the distance. We are doing it to raise vital funds for our corporate charity partner Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK).

This Mega-Relay is part of our Golden Triangle Challenge Campaign, a year-long programme of events aiming to raise £10,000 for MDUK.

Over 110,000 people in the UK are living with muscle-wasting conditions that make everyday tasks a challenge. MDUK funds groundbreaking research, supports families and clinicians, and campaigns for better access to care. They are the UK’s leading charity for more than 60 progressive muscle-wasting and weakening conditions, and for the past three years, Bidwells has been proud to stand alongside them.
