Between 7 June and 13 July, the team at Redco and Red Dragon Signs & Graphics, will be taking on the Norfolk Coastal Path Walk and we would love your help!

Over the course of six weeks we'll be covering six legs, totalling 84 miles (135km).

First leg: Hopton to Hemsby. 12 miles.

Second leg: Hemsby to Happisburgh. 12 miles.

Third leg: Happisburgh to Cromer. 13 miles.

Fourth leg: Cromer to Cley. 13 miles.

Fifth leg: Cley to Burnham-Overy-Staithe. 16 miles.

Sixth leg: Burnham-Overy-Staithe to Hunstanton. 16 miles.

As a group, we have been directly affected by cancer. Our Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, Louise is living with Pseudomyxoma Peritonei, a rare incurable peritoneal cancer and is receiving support from Big C.

One in two people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, meaning the need to improve research, care and awareness is stronger than ever.

Big C, established in Norfolk in 1980, is a local cancer charity. Through support, research, equipment and education, they make a difference to the lives of local people affected by cancer. The charity also provides support by telephone and online. The Centres are used by thousands of people affected by cancer with trained staff providing emotional help, support and complementary therapies.
