As you may know I was diagnosed last September with Head & Neck cancer.

I finished my treatment on the 22nd December 2023, and I have just received the news that I am now in remission.

With that I have decided to raise as much money as I can up until the end of October 2025, I will be carrying out a number of running events starting with the London 10k then onto the Great North Run on the 8th September, i will then have a 2mile swim in the serpentine London on the 20th September then Vitality 10k on the 28th September then the Great South Run on 20th October

So please can I ask that if you can make any donation I guarantee that all the money raised here will go to the Head & Neck team at Maidstone hospital to put towards fighting cancer and also treating the patients that have cancer.

I'm proof that the great work they are doing is working.
