Story

Hey everyone!

So, here I am, cruising towards another birthday and hitting that mid-life crisis checkpoint... What better time to shake things up a bit, right? So, brace yourselves for my grand plans!

First off, I'm committing to a 5k Parkrun, or let's be real, more like a leisurely stroll in my case. And as a bonus, I'll be donating to the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre at Mount Vernon Hospital. But wait, there's more! Get ready for the main event: I'm chopping off a whopping 12 inches of my hair to donate to the Princess Trust. My hair's going on a journey to wig-dom for children and young people experiencing hair loss due to illness.

Now, here's where you fabulous folks come in. I'm hosting a fundraiser for a local charity run entirely by the superhero-like force of volunteers. It's all in support of SEND Family Support, the real MVPs providing activities, events, and a boatload of support for families with Special Needs and Disabilities. They're like the Avengers of Hillingdon, but without the capes (although that would be cool).

Although their activities are based in Hillingdon, they offer support to families outside of Hillingdon. Find out more at www.sendfs.co.uk

Massive thanks for your generosity and for being part of my hilarious hair-brained schemes.

With love and laughter, Bijal x
