Story
For the past 9 days I've been cycling through France from the UK, covering 600 miles (965km) up till now.
I began this journey for personal reasons but it's the perfect opportunity to raise money to make a difference where it matters.
The new goal is to cycle 1000 miles (1600km) to raise £2,500 for Bread for Gaza. That's 5 meals for every mile on the bike.
An estimated 2 million people have been displaced by the ongoing conflict in Gaza. The majority of survivors are in acute hunger, meaning there's not enough food to sustain life or health.
The most vulnerable are young children under the age of 5.
Bread for Gaza is a programme run by several Muslim charities who provide the flour, staff and fuel to get the food to those in need.
I met the founder of Hands for Humanity in 2023 so that's the charity I've picked.
Do ations of ANY size are hugely appreciated, or simply sharing the story and supporting any way you can.
I hope that together we can turn this personal adventure into something much bigger and more important than just a guy and his bike.
Lots of love. thank you.
