Stocksfield Baptist Church youth group, Red Bananas (it's a long story!), have a well-established relationship with the Smiles Foundation, a Christian charity supporting needy people in and around Oradea in north-west Romania (www.thesmilesfoundation.org) and have been there several times in recent years to help with construction, painting, planting, visiting children and old people in orphanages and care homes, distributing aid, and other social enterprises and sharing Christian hope. The next trip is being planned for October 2025 and needs to raise the cost, mainly of transport. I'm supporting this project as a member of the church and its leadership team. Help me in contributing to this very worthy cause that supports people in need and impacts the worldview of our young people at SBC.
