On Sunday 6th July I am taking part in this years Wirral Coastal Walk, covering 20 kilometres, to help raise funds for Wirral Hospice St John's.

Wirral Hospice St Johns provides FREE care for adults with life-limiting illnesses. They also support carers and loved ones: families are at the heart of everything they do. Every penny counts and helps to make a real difference to the specialist care they provide to their patients and those important to them
