Birmingham Mind Mental Elf 2025 · 30 November 2025 ·

Mental Elf is a Festive Fun run suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you walk, jog, skip or run, its all about having lots of festive fun whilst raising funds so we can support the people in Birmingham and the wider communities.

Story

On Sunday 30th November, a group of us from PDX will be donning our elf hats and heading to Cannon Hill Park for the Mental Elf Walk!

We’re raising money for Birmingham Mind, a fantastic charity providing vital mental health support and services across our community.

Our team is made up of colleagues from across PDX including our PossAbilities representatives, Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs), and team members from all areas of the business. Some of us hold these roles as extra responsibilities alongside our day jobs, and we’re proud to come together to support such an important cause.

We’re looking forward to a fun day out, walking, chatting, laughing (and probably jingling) while raising awareness and funds for mental health.

Every donation, big or small, helps Birmingham Mind continue their amazing work supporting people when they need it most.

Thank you for supporting us and helping make a difference! 💙
