Every year, each of Birketts’ six offices chooses a Charity of the Year to fundraise for.

Everyone in the Ipswich office is excited to partner with 4YP as their chosen charity for 2026/27.

Since 2000, 4YP has been supporting 7–25 year olds across Ipswich with counselling, youth work, drop ins and tailored school services. They are currently in 13 schools and deliver community programmes ranging from Girls Group and Walk & Talk to hospital embedded and street based youth work.

4YP's vision is that all children and young people have:

SOMETHING POSITIVE to do and

SOMEONE TRUSTED to connect and journey with.

Through 4YP's comprehensive range of services and programmes, they have transformed countless young lives in Ipswich.
