Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
We're going to be holding a tattoo charity event in support St Teresa's hospice in honour of my partners mum Julie, who recently lost her long battle with lung cancer, and spent her final two weeks at St Teresa's Hospice.
A few words from paul, her loving husband and her children Laura and Andrew.
In 2021, our amazing wife and mum, Julie, was diagnosed with lung cancer, She fought bravely for nearly four years, with her characteristuc strength and grace, but in April this year, we sadly had to say goodbye.
Julie was a nurse for 40 years, 30 of those in intensive care. She dedicated her life to caring for others with strength, compassion, and kindness. She was the heart of our family, a wonderful wife and mum as well as a fantastic friend to many. losing her has left a space in our lives that can never be filled.
In her final weeks, Julie was cared for by the incredible team at St Teresa’s Hospice. Their support was around the clock, and their compassion brought us so much peace and comfort during the hardest days of our lives. They treated her with the dignity, respect and care she deserved and we'll always be grateful for that.
We will have all 5 of our artists tattooing pre drawn flash all day, raising as much money as we can for St Teresa's hospice and the amazing staff who look after our loved ones when they need it most.
starting at £30 going up to £50, every single penny will be donated!
So get your butt's down to the studio on saturday, August 9th and join us for some tattoo art in support of a great cause.
If you read to the bottom please share this event link :) the more this gets around, the more people will turn up, the more money we make for charity 😀
