Well we’re back! Having thought that completing the MacMillan Walk in 2021 was a one-off event, we have decided that we’re going again. So on 15 July we’ll be taking part in a twenty-six-mile charity walk from Windsor Racecourse along the River Thames to the village of Aston. Some of you will have noticed that we’ve changed our name from The Paddington Bears to The Blackheath Bears that recognises that Elliot now has a new little sister, Matilda, at the family home in Blackheath. Elliot will always have a special link to Paddington Bear from Peru and again Graham is hoping that Richard doesn’t have to leave him en-route with a luggage label asking for him to be looked after…..!

However, as we’ve said before this fund-raising effort is for families less fortunate than ours so please dig deep and support us with a generous donation for such a worthy cause especially as we are pretty sure that this will be our last attempt at a challenge like this. We’ll let you know how the day goes.
