On the 21st December 2024 - the shortest and darkest day of the year - a group of us are going to walk from Blackpool Tower to Royton Town Hall.

We are doing this to raise funds for a very important charity - ANDYSMANCLUB. This charity is one which is close to us all.

ANDYSMANCLUB is a male suicide prevention charity that facilitates peer to peer support groups across the United Kingdom.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men in the UK, in 2021, 3852 men died by suicide. Men accounted for 74% of UK suicides in 2021. Our ultimate aim is to prevent other families experiencing the unthinkable pain and loss that Andrew’s family have faced and still face on a daily basis. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation to see that, #ITSOKAYTOTALK
