Join Us for a Local Memory Walk

We are hosting our own Memory Walk on Friday, 19th September at The Heath in Petersfield.

Meeting point: Car park at 11:00 AM

Walk starts: 11:30 AM around the Heath Lake Petersfield. Followed by a light lunch at the plump duck cafe.

You are warmly invited to join us and support our mission to bring the community together in the fight against dementia. By walking side by side, we:

• Honor and support those living with dementia and their families.

• Raise vital funds for care, resources, and hope for a better future.

• Drive awareness and action so dementia no longer devastates lives.
