As you may know, members of the Blinds2Go leadership team have completed the Duchenne Dash for a number of years, and in 2026 this commitment continues with senior leaders once again taking part in the challenge, a 300km cycle from London to Paris in just 24 hours.

Their continued involvement has inspired Blinds2go and TUISS to back Duchenne UK as a charity we are proud to support, helping to fund vital research and improve outcomes for those affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).

DMD is a cruel and currently incurable genetic condition that progressively weakens the muscles in young boys. It is the most common genetic killer of boys in Europe. Duchenne UK focuses on cutting-edge research, directly funding the work that has the greatest potential to deliver treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

Thanks to continued fundraising and support, real progress has already been made:

- £27 million invested in research, care and support

- 34 clinicians funded across the UK

- 500+ boys accessing clinical trials and innovative treatments

- 650+ families receiving specialist support and guidance
