Myself and Rachael will be taking on the Hybrid Games in October in support of Blue Light Minds. 🏃‍♀️

Blue Light Minds is a Scottish based charity providing vital support for emergency service workers after attending traumatic incidents. They directly assist emergency service workers with Trauma-Focused psychological treatment free of cost.

Their mission is to reduce the high number of Emergency Service workers in Scotland suffering with mental health challenges as a result of attending incidents of a traumatic nature.

By raising money and awareness for this charity we hope to also promote a culture that supports other Emergency Service workers to seek help after attending incidents which have had a significant impact on their mental health.

After personally using their services last year after attending a series of distressing incidents, I can only praise the level of care, professionalism and dedication Blue Light Minds provided me.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and warmly welcomed by Blue Light Minds to ensure they can continue a cost free service to those in need. 🩵
