A revolutionary approach to mental health when talking isn't working. People are referred by NHS mental health services, social workers or schools when all else fails. Rather than thinking of Anxiety as an illness than needs treatment, TheHorseCourse teaches Calmness as a skill - in a challenging but fun environment with lots of support and encouragement. Working one to one with highly trained horses and expert facilitators participants range from 8 years old to adults and families - 80% improve, often very dramatically.
