Girl Scouts are more likely to develop a strong sense of self, display positive values like honesty and responsibility, seek challenges, form healthy relationships, and be community problem solvers than their peers. The Girl Scout program builds on itself – the confidence and support found as a younger Girl Scouts means finding your voice in middle school, which translates to action taken in high school. Girl Scout alums go on to achieve higher levels of education, enjoy higher wages, and are more likely to be in management positions at work.
