This year, I’m jumping into icy waters at Stoney Cove to raise money for Triple Skillz Charity, a brilliant organisation that’s transforming the lives of young people and strengthening communities across Leicester and beyond.

Triple Skillz works with disadvantaged and at-risk young people, inspiring them through sports, mentoring, creative projects and shared experiences. Their mission is all about development, opportunity and hope; helping young people build confidence, unlock potential and create brighter futures.

While I’m not actually scared of the cold, I am absolutely terrified of deep water — so this challenge is well outside my comfort zone! That makes it an even better reason to push myself and raise money for such a brilliant cause.
