We are so excited to be taking part of Birmingham Mind's first ever Mental Elf event on Sunday 3rd December at Cannon Hill Park as a staff team!

We all know the festive season can be an extra difficult time for some people. During the Christmas week last year Birmingham Mind received contact from 356 people to their 24/7 mental health helpline, and it's a cause close to our hearts.

All funds raised during Mental Elf will stay here in Birmingham to help support the services they offer to help support the people who are struggling with their mental health.
