I have been lucky enough to get a place in the 2024 London Marathon through the ballot, so I have decided to try and raise a bit of money for dementia UK, both my grandparents and my wife’s grandparents suffered with this. It’s going to be a long hard slog of training, when I’ve not done a lot of running in the last four years, but I am really looking forward to the experience, so please any pennies that you can spare will help a great charity.
