It is with regret that we share the sad news that Bob Evans passed away on 31 May 2023.

Bob was a dear husband, father, grandad and friend, and was loved by many. He will be dearly missed.

Throughout his lifetime, Bob dedicated his whole self to his family, giving his all, to help his children and grandchildren succeed and be happy. He truly placed his loved ones above all, and at the centre of everything he lived for.

We understand that people may wish to pay their respects to Bob and show sympathy at this sad time. Therefore, we believe it only fitting that we try and honour his memory in a way that pays tribute to his outlook on life and his belief in the importance of family and support, which is why we have set up this fundraising page to support local charity STEP Swindon.

STEP is a registered charity (#1176672) providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people aged between 7 and 18.

Bob’s Funeral Ceremony will be taking place on Thursday 15 June 2023 at 11:00hrs at North Wiltshire Crematorium, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 8ET.

The Wake will be held afterwards at the Sun Inn, Swindon, SN3 6AA.

A donation box will also be present on the day for those who are able to attend.
