I'm cycling across England from West to East on the longest day of the year - which is just over 200 miles or 330km in new money. Seeing as I'm doing it anyway (and inviting a world of pain), I thought I'd raise some money for a charity that Wanda, my wife, is a trustee of - Parkside - which supports and enables local people with learning disabilities to live their lives within the community.
