This May I am celebrating reaching the big 70 and as a farewell to the 60’s I’m going to take part in two Half Marathons in a week. This year I’ll be running to raise money for the the Rob Burrow Centre for MND in Leeds

MND is a terrible disease, which unfortunately my family witnessed at first hand, as my close friend and Brother in law Bob Cater developed and tragically died from the condition. He is sadly missed by us all.
