In honour of #breastcancerawarenessmonth (October) I have set myself the challenge of writing a book and (hopefully) publishing it by the end of October. It feel a bit like saying I'm going to do a marathon in flip-flops (probably). But to raise funds for Cancer Research and to raise awareness of the importance of self-checking, I believe it is worth it. I've seen too many lives blighted by this insidious disease and I'd love it if you were to sponsor me. As a reward, everyone who donates can be involved by asking me to include something in the book. It could be a name, an object or even a song title. You could even go all out mischievous and try to make it difficult for me.

I'm also inviting anyone who wants to contribute their real life cancer stories and tributes, which will be included in the book.
