Story
On Saturday 13th September I completed the Born Survivor Mud Run - a military themed obstacle 10km to raise money towards Bobby's Medical Tuition Fee's.
This was far beyond what I had ever run before and was physically and mentally challenging with 30 obstacles to overcome. Some of those obstacles included the Flame Thrower, Rat Tunnels, The Mincer, Para Plunge and The Torpedo (fastest obstacle slide in the world).
Was it challenging? Yes. More than I had thought!
Was it fun? Yes. I completed it with a team and we got through it together!
Was it worth it? Absolutely. I faced fears and overcame challenges, inspired by a young man called Bobby. Here's a snapshot of his story:
Many years ago a 6 day old baby boy came into my friends Children's Home in India. They lovingly took him in, and named him Bobby.
He is an inspirational young man and has done incredibly well, persevering to gaining 97% general result in his A-Levels - He is now at Medical School achieving his dreams to become a doctor!
All funds raised will go directly to Kay's Farm Fellowship to help fund Bobby's tuition fees🩺🥼
Thank you for your support for Bobby, and for being part of helping him achieve his dream and know there is supporters across the world cheering him on!
