I'm coming up on 3 years at Palace for Life Foundation and have organised many big fundraising events, including Bike to Southampton & Bike to Villa... So I thought it was about time I took part in one!

Therefore on May 10th & 11th I will be cycling over 100-miles from Selhurst Park to Molineux Stadium, to watch Palace take on Wolves and raise money for the Foundation.

During my time at Palace for Life I have seen first-hand my colleagues' incredible work in the local community, providing life-changing opportunities for young people that need it most. Whether it's inspiring them to gain qualifications & find meaningful employment, mentoring those vulnerable to exploitation & criminality, or providing free football sessions for those living with a disability to improve physical fitness & interact with new friends, their hard work is making a real difference for real people.

As well as working for the Foundation, I’m also a lifelong Crystal Palace fan currently living in Croydon, so it is a cause that couldn't be closer to my heart. Please donate as much as you can! ❤️💙
