Story

After our very successful sponsored swim by our younger swimmers for Pendleside hospice and Bobcats earlier in the year, as promised we are now holding an event for our Junior/ senior squads.

The sponsored swim brought in £6841 in sponsorship, and we would like to take the target to £10000 with our more experience swimmers taking on this impressive challenge in September!

We wanted to challenge our swimmers and incorporate some different sports and also utilise the time we already set aside for their regular coaching to do it.

🏊‍♀️🚲🏃‍♂️So the challenge is a 35K Triathlon over two Saturday mornings. 🏃‍♂️🚲🏊‍♀️.

In October it’s Pendleside Hospice’s 35th anniversary hence why we have chosen the 35k challenge.

Saturday 23rd September - 6k Swim (6am start) followed by a 15K Bike ride in the Spin studio at 9.00am.

Saturday 30th September - 6k Swim (6am start) followed by a 8k run at the running track at 9.30am.

All donations will be split 50/50 between Pendleside and Bobcats. If you have followed the link in order to sponsor for a particular swimmer, please leave a message of support alongside your donation so that the swimmer can track their own total amount raised

Thankyou for you support for our sponsored 35K Triathlon
