Rich & T.A., the co-hosts of the Middle-aged Bodcast are taking on a 12 mile walk in aid of Andy's Man Club.

We'll be walking from the Merry Hill Centre in Dudley to Villa Park in Birmingham.

We chose 12 miles because 12 men every day in the UK are lost to suicide.

On the Bodcast, mental health is a regular topic we chat about. This walk is us putting some action behind those conversations.

Andy's Man Club are a men's suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
