GENERAL DONATIONS:

If you are unable to make it, but would still like to support this vital cause, please donate whatever you can. It will be really appreciated.

Whether you are a wellness guru, or a novice ready to kickstart your health journey, come along for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. This event is all about taking care of yourself and feeling good. From yoga sessions to healthy lifestyle tips, we've got it all.

All profits will go to Brain Tumour Research to help support the amazing work they do.

One in three people in the UK knows someone affected by a brain tumour. This disease is indiscriminate; it can affect anyone at any age. Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002.

Brain Tumour Research is determined to change this. It is the only national charity focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tutumours. By attending this event, you will help fund the fight to find a cure.

So, why not treat yourself to a day of self-care and leave feeling refreshed, empowered, whilst supporting a great cause.

See below for details of the event.

Hope to see you there!

FAQs

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes! Please bring a yoga mat, a refillable water bottle and a packed lunch (alternatively there are local shops/cafes you can get food from).

Where can I park?

The venue has limited spaces at the rear of the property. There is free on-street parking available around Stirchley, as well as carparks for local supermarkets (however, these have strict time limitations). Alternatively, you can get the train to Bournville station, which is a 10 minute walk from the venue.

Do I have to participate in/stay for every session?

No. You can participate as much or as little as you'd like. You can also come in and out of the event, or even just come for one session that takes your fancy. However, the ticket price will remain the same either way.

When do we need to arrive?

Please arrive anywhere between 10.30 and 10.45. The first session starts at 11am. Alternatively, if you would rather join later in the day for one of the other sessions, that is also fine.
