I am Sara, I will be running the St Clare's 10k in memory of my work colleague Chris Stock, who i worked with at Ingrebourne Valley Ltd for a considerable amount of time. He spent his palliative care at St Clare's before sadly passing last year. A kind hearted, hard working, young, family man who we lost far too soon.

I am also a member at Body Fresh Fitness Gym in Harlow and i have managed to get some other members:-
