More people than ever before are lonely or social isolated. You can change that.

Loneliness and social isolation are deadly. A lack of social connections is as harmful to our health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day (Holt-Lunstad, 2015). We create life-changing and life-saving connections – but we can only do so with your support.

Together Co believes that everybody should have somebody. The charity has been creating connections in the Brighton and Hove community for 25 years with the help of hundreds of volunteers. It does this through its befriending and social prescribing services which support thousands of people across the city. Together Co knows that connection, being together, forming relationships and caring for one another contributes to better social health - feelings of belonging, support and value - and a long and healthy life. Please help to support them by giving what you can so they can continue providing this vital support across the city.
