Story
We are a team of 5 cyclists aged between 65 - 70+, we have cycled to raise funds for worthy causes since 2022, cycling from Southport to Hornsea across the Trans Pennine Way on a Hand Cycle in aid of Shine in 2022,

Ride London 96.5km cycle ride in 2023, in aid of the Eve Appeal, Ride London 161km cycle ride in 2024 in aid of Blood Cancer UK, Shine and The Eve Appeal.


We support Andrew who rides a hand cycle, we cycle as a team and we love to cycle despite ailments and disabilities, we enjoy and are proud to cycle for just and worthy causes that help people of all ages. This year we are cycling to raise funds for a worthy cause which is the ADSHG (The Addison’s Disease Self-Help Group) of which a member of the Bone Rattlers has Addison's Disease. The (ADSHG) is the UK charity supporting everyone affected by adrenal insufficiency, including Addison’s disease.
Everything they do is driven by a bold vision:
"A world where Addison’s disease and adrenal insufficiency are recognised early and managed effectively so that anyone affected can live confidently and thrive."

Please support the Bone Rattlers and give a donation, their event is to start in Pelsall, Walsall on the 4th Aug 2026 through to 7th Aug 2026 they will cycle from Pelsall to Evesham via Malvern and Cirencester. they train hard most days to get fit, strong and hone techniques to get them ready for this unique cycling event.
Their Event is a 305.7km round trip starting in Pelsall. Their daily cycling itinerary can be seen below:
Day 1 Pelsall to Malvern
Day 2 Malvern to Cirencester
Day 3 Cirencester to Evesham
Day 4 Evesham to Pelsall
