Since I did not have any luck with either the London Marathon Ballot or the Purbeck Runner's Ballot place, I decided to sign up for the TSC London Marathon MyWay on the 26th April.

I am asking for your support as the charity that I have chosen is my grandson, Matthew's SEND school, Southfield School in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

Matthew, who is 8 years old next month, went to a main stream school for 2 years but was struggling as he is autistic, and it was not the right environment for him, Southfield School has been transformative and so supportive for Matthew, and many other children like him with additional needs.

The school is trying to raise funds for a replacement minibus and an outdoor forest school classroom.

I would like to try and achieve £500 and would be hugely grateful for any donations you are able to give.
